At Shop Panasonic, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window for most products to ensure your complete satisfaction. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shop Panasonic account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, remotes, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
